Business Analyst

- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Create detailed functional specifications, process flows, and documentation
- Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making and strategy
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements
- Perform gap analysis between current and desired business states
- Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business needs
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools
What we're looking for
Essential
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Experience with requirements gathering techniques and tools
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization (Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI)
- Understanding of business process modeling and workflow design
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
Nice to have
- Experience in technology or SaaS companies
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or business automation systems
- Understanding of API integrations and system architecture
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile (CSPO)
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean)
- Background in consulting or client-facing roles
- Technical skills in Python or R for data analysis
