Lead UX Designer
We're looking for a creative and strategic Lead UX Designer to shape exceptional user experiences for our suite of AI-powered products.

- Lead end-to-end UX design process from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final delivery
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create user personas, journey maps, information architecture, and interaction flows
- Design intuitive interfaces that make complex AI functionality accessible to all users
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on vision and execution
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across products
- Present design work and rationale to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Stay current with UX trends, emerging technologies, and accessibility standards
What we're looking for
Essential
- 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design thinking and execution
- Expert proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions
- Proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field
- Experience designing for AI/ML products or complex B2B SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- Experience leading design teams or managing other designers
- Background in visual design or branding
- Understanding of data visualization and dashboard design
