Product Manager
We're seeking a strategic Product Manager to drive product vision, strategy, and execution for our suite of AI-powered enterprise solutions.

- Define and own product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for key product lines
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and validate product direction
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, stakeholders, and market insights
- Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality products
- Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Present product vision and updates to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Manage product backlog and sprint planning with engineering teams
What we're looking for
Essential
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI/ML products
- Strong analytical skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proven track record of shipping successful products from concept to launch
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Nice to have
- MBA or Master's degree in a related field
- Experience with AI/ML products or platforms
- Technical background with understanding of software development
- Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
- Track record of working with cross-functional distributed teams
- Domain expertise in enterprise software, automation, or digital transformation
- Experience with product-led growth strategies
- Certifications in product management (CSPO, CPM, etc.)
