AI Product Designer
Design AI-native experiences that feel intuitive and magical. We need a designer who understands both great UX and AI capabilities to create products that leverage AI effectively.
What You'll Do
Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-powered products, from concept to implementation
Create interaction patterns for AI features that feel natural and build user trust
Design for AI uncertainty — helping users understand confidence levels and potential errors
Collaborate with AI engineers to understand capabilities and constraints of AI systems
Conduct user research to understand how people interact with AI features
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
Design feedback mechanisms that help AI systems improve over time
Maintain and evolve design systems for AI-native interfaces
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
4+ years of product design experience with strong UX foundations
Portfolio demonstrating complex interaction design and systems thinking
Experience designing for AI, ML, or data-driven products
Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations at a conceptual level
Strong user research skills — ability to design and conduct studies
Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with conversational UI and chatbot design
Understanding of LLM capabilities and prompt engineering basics
Experience designing for uncertainty and probabilistic systems
Background in motion design and micro-interactions
Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design
Experience with design systems at scale
Technical background or ability to prototype with code
Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise product design
