Senior AI Engineer
We're seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our R&D team and help build cutting-edge machine learning solutions that transform how businesses operate.

- Design and implement advanced machine learning models for production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability across diverse datasets
- Stay current with latest AI research and apply innovative techniques to solve complex problems
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our AI knowledge base
- Build and maintain ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, and deployment
- Work with large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for ML development
What we're looking for
Essential
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or related AI fields
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to production
- Deep understanding of ML algorithms, neural networks, and statistical modeling
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
Nice to have
- PhD in Machine Learning, AI, or related field
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.)
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask)
- Publications in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Open source contributions to ML projects
- Experience with AutoML and neural architecture search
- Familiarity with edge AI and model optimization techniques
