7. Termination & Legal Framework

Service Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon Termination:

• Survival of applicable Term provisions
• Retention of ownership rights
• Continuation of warranty disclaimers

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
