What you'll do
- Develop AI-native web applications, copilots, internal tools, and workflow interfaces
- Integrate LLMs, retrieval systems, analytics, APIs, auth, and observability into production products
- Collaborate with strategists, designers, and architects to turn workflow maps into working software
- Build feedback loops, eval hooks, monitoring, and operational controls into user experiences
- Contribute reusable UI and backend patterns for AI workflow delivery
What we're looking for
Essential
- 4+ years building production web applications with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, or similar stacks
- Experience integrating APIs, databases, auth, background jobs, and observability
- Working knowledge of LLM APIs, RAG patterns, agents, or AI product UX
- Strong product judgment and comfort working directly with ambiguous requirements
Nice to have
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, or streaming AI interfaces
- Experience with B2B SaaS, dashboards, internal tools, or workflow products
- Strong testing, accessibility, and performance instincts
