Workflow Automation Architect
Design agentic automation systems that map work, orchestrate tools, handle exceptions, and keep humans in control where judgment matters.

What you'll do
- Map current-state workflows and identify where agents, copilots, rules, APIs, and human handoffs fit
- Design agent architectures with orchestration, memory, tool use, retries, audit logs, and escalation paths
- Partner with engineers to translate workflow maps into production automation systems
- Define success metrics for cycle time, quality, exception handling, adoption, and cost reduction
- Document reusable patterns for agentic automation
What we're looking for
Essential
- 4+ years in automation, systems analysis, solution architecture, product operations, or workflow software implementation
- Strong process-mapping and systems-thinking skills
- Working knowledge of APIs, workflow engines, LLM agents, RPA, CRM, ERP, or support tooling
- Ability to explain technical designs to business and technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, n8n, Zapier, Make, Temporal, or similar orchestration tools
- Exposure to regulated or high-volume operational environments
- Experience measuring automation ROI and operational adoption
