What you'll do
- Assess AI risk across sensitive workflows, data exposure, compliance obligations, and operating controls
- Design governance processes for model evaluation, approval gates, monitoring, incident response, and human oversight
- Partner with product, engineering, security, and legal stakeholders to make controls practical
- Create reusable responsible AI frameworks, checklists, and client-facing briefs
- Support regulated-industry AI programs with auditability and assurance requirements
What we're looking for
Essential
- 5+ years in AI governance, risk, compliance, security, data governance, privacy, audit, or regulated technology programs
- Understanding of LLM risks, data protection, evaluation, access controls, and human-in-the-loop patterns
- Experience translating policy requirements into operating workflows and technical controls
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- Experience with healthcare, finance, insurance, government, legal, or regulated SaaS
- Familiarity with ISO, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, model risk, or AI governance frameworks
- Experience building evaluation or monitoring workflows for AI systems
